I have been dealing with Ford of Kirkland since 2013,bought one 2013 elrntra, and I paid it off,then I leased sonata for 3 years and ret9it on November 25,with 32000 less 36000=4000 miles and I did 2013,bought one 2013 elrntra, and I paid it off,then I leased sonata for 3 years and ret9it on November 25,with 32000 less 36000=4000 miles and I didn't get any credit for it,which is ok.but the last transaction,I traded my Nissan xterra, I only got $1500 credit, while Nissan gave me 2500 as trading..I am not very happy about it..I think since I am a loyal customer, I should have $2500 credit.hope you can help me to get $1000 more credit for my trading since I am retired and on ss income. Mr T knows me well,and all my 3 cars was done by him.thanks More

Buyers Beware!!!!!!I bought a Ford Explorer from Nick Buyers Beware!!!!!! I bought a Ford Explorer from Nick Miller and the experience could not have been worse. 3 days after my purchase water leak enter Buyers Beware!!!!!! I bought a Ford Explorer from Nick Miller and the experience could not have been worse. 3 days after my purchase water leak entered the truck and flooded the passenger side floors (pictures to be posted so) I immediately called Nick and even sent him the videos to get help. Long story made short , Nick called me back and said Ford of Kirland couldn’t help me (keep in mind it’s still pouring rain and more water is still coming in. Will never buy from this dealership again. When I get back from vacation I will post pictures and videos so you can see. This place completely left me hanging and if you buy from these guys at this car lot expect the same results. I would give zero stars if they would let me but I checked one. My little boy was affected by this and that bothers me too as a father as I bought this Explorer for my new family and I totally messed up by going to this place. BUYERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! More

Easy Efficient to get the as-advertised Ford 150 Truck Their online view of available trucks made it super easy for us to review and select the truck with the specific features/options we were looking for. The buying experience was easy. No hidden fees, easy to understand everything, no hard ball sales - they offered the normal extra coverage etc but did not push when we selected not to add them. Thank you for making the process seamless. Only negative so far was when we went to pick up the plates. Normally they are supposed to put it on the vehicle but the gal didn't even offer or do much more than look up and hand over the plates. Hopefully service will in the future be as great as the buying experience. More
