My service Representative Jim Cox did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. He explained options and was very clear about pricing. Very helpful in letting us test drive solo (without a sales rep), which allowed us to feel a little more comfortable talking openly about likes/dislikes. Bought below MSRP, at 0% for 3 years. Only minor frustration is that they knew we were shopping for my wife and even asked whose name should be first on the all the documents... but they ended up putting my name first (not hers) so on quite a few documents, I show as the only person. It's 2019 and this stuff matters to people... get it right. More

Truck Repair Service Had some maintenance to perform and deal with a recently-replaced leaking windshield (was not replaced by Ford). Sold an accident car A week after buying the car, we took it to a local auto repair shop to diagnose a clunk noise coming from the drivers side front wheel. The shop told A week after buying the car, we took it to a local auto repair shop to diagnose a clunk noise coming from the drivers side front wheel. The shop told us the car was there back a few months ago because it was involved in a major collision, and you could even see dripping paint on the front bumper from the respray. The guys at this dealership should have been able to tell it was in an accident and disclosed that the paint was not original. The only reason we did not see it was resprayed was because it was getting dark. Anyways, no compensation was offered and we are stuck with a major accident car for the price of a normal one. More
