We had done our research while in Honolulu on travel so we came in having conducted online research, reviewed consumer articles, and had test driven the 2.0 Turbo, the 2.4 and the 6 speed 3rd row versions. Any question we had not gotten answered from our research, David Kim was able to fill us in. He was an exceptional "listener" to any concerns we expressed and no sales pressure was ever exerted. The purchase agreement paperwork could have seemed daunting, but Siamack Broomand, financial staff member, took his time fully explaining everything we needed to understand, and answered any questions completely never making us feel rushed to complete the signing process. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, transparent, and experienced are words to describe this Hyundai of Kirkland Sales Team. We would recommended them to anyone interested in a smooth, well executed car buying experience. (Oh, yes, last new car husband had purchased was 46 years ago. Didn't get any notifications that my car was done and was barely able to get there before closing when it had been done for at least an hour or two. I am never visiting this place again. More

Fabulous all around I had purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition and the car buying experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was fabulous. David Kim was informative, cou I had purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition and the car buying experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was fabulous. David Kim was informative, courteous and professional. There was absolutely no sales pressure and completely transparent about everything. Prior to Hyundai of Kirkland, I had approached several dealers but they usually ask you to come in and once you show up to the dealer, you would have spent half a day just to haggle the price. When I had texted David Kim, he had responded promptly with a price which was lower than the lowest bid I had been quoted from other dealers by a couple of thousand dollars. I expected an up sale when I showed up to purchase the car but none of that happened. David Kim had even lowered the price by $50 when signing with absolutely no hidden fees. I still cannot believe it was that easy and at such a low price. If anyone is looking to purchase a Hyundai, just call David. You will get the best price and you will actually enjoy the car buying experience. More

And if something is priceless it’s pretty much worthless. Try to buy the statue of David. So that leaves the word VALUE to describe my experience at Kirkland Hyundia and Brenda their sales associate. One values family and friends above all and you deal with friends first. Making friends at Kirkland Hyundia was easy, and it soon became apparent they were more like family...and that’s the way they treated me! I won’t ever need a Plan B when I’m in the market to purchase another vehicle. I’ll just stop in and buy a car from my new family. Who knows, I might get a brother in law deal. More

From the test drive though the purchase transaction and even afterward during a post-purchase visit - Brenda was friendly, kind, and helpful. She knows my car well and was able to answer all my questions. I strongly recommend asking for Brenda if you're considering the purchase of a Hyundai. It would be remiss of me to not mention that I'm absolutely loving my Hyundai Tucson. It's an awesome vehicle!! More

Harassment via promotional offers Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally r Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally refused to treat me as their customer after damaging my vehicle during the last service and failing to admit any responsibility for the damage. These solicitation offers are written in a humiliating tone by referring to my name in the humiliating context such as "We've missed you!". By sending these promotional offers, Ford of Kirkland is demonstrating that even after refusal to provide services to me, the business continues sharing, selling, using or otherwise taking advantage of and extracting commercial value from my personal information without my consent. The unauthorized use of personal information is unethical and illegal trade practice. The evidence of misuse of my personal information further proves that Ford of Kirkland is acting illegally. Having brought this issue to the attention of BBB and other local authorities, the response from the management of Ford of Kirkland was in line with previous lies and defamation that came from them last year when they were asked to compensate for damages caused by their technician. They basically attempted to cover up the whole story by telling BBB that they don’t have any records of service refusal, despite the whole incident being fully documented including police case number. So, nothing really changed with their attitude. Liars will always be liars. More
