Wonderful dealer ever This was our second time going to Hyundai to lease a new car, since I met with Jeff at the Hyundai dealership in Kirkland I found him a very knowledge This was our second time going to Hyundai to lease a new car, since I met with Jeff at the Hyundai dealership in Kirkland I found him a very knowledgeable and skilled dealer who leads us to sign a new lease contract with a great deal that none of us could believe it to have a new car with those features. He was very patient about the customers and spent a lot of time to explain everything about the new Tuscan model to us and answered all of our questions carefully and patently. Actually before we were going to the dealership in Kirkland we thought that would be better to keep out current car and extend the lease agreement for our old car and never could believe to have a newer car model that would have pretty the same feature as our car had. Well, upon our arrival he greeted us a loyal customer with a lot of respects and then started to present us the new car model and explained us all the new features that comes with that car, he started with bringing us a new model of Tuscan and make us to have a drive with that car. The way that he presented that car to us convinced us to lease it and sign a new contract that was totally beneficial for all of us in a way that we could negotiate the price to be affordable for us to pay and get the deal done. I would highly appreciate his efforts that he made for us to lease our new car. He is very good dealer with a nice character that is hard to find. I would totally recommend him for everyone who attend to either lease or buy a new car. He offered us a great deal that was affordable for our budget in the best possible way. They were very patient about their customers and put all their efforts to satisfy them and keep them as their loyal customer. I would defiantly reject all the negative comments that are not true based on non real stories that ever happened. I met with two sales guys every time we needed to extend our car lease or sign a new agreement and both of them were very honest and knowledgeable and offered us a great deal that was totally agreeable for our family and was in our budget range. The person who was working at the finance department was a real gentleman who's done the perfect lease procedure as smooth and quickest possible. I have got a great dealing experience with them and would highly recommend them to the new buyers who doesn't know them very well to just telling them to do not be disappointed about the negative comments and encouraging them to go there and meet with the one of the greatful and nicest dealer team in Kirkland. We had purchased a car there before. A salesman--Mr. Kim, spent about two hours with us. There was no pressure, just answers to all our questions. We traded in our Elantra for a beautiful Sonata. This car has almost everything including a five star rating! The price was unbelievably low and the 60 thousand mile warranty for five years and one hundred thousand for the power train for a decade beats just about anything on the road. Thank you Mr. Kim,-- thank you Hyundai of Kirkland-- and a most hardy thank you to Hyundai Motor for building such a great car at such an unbelievably low price! More
