When we walked into Hyundai of Kirkland, Mak greeted us gently and warmly, and we immediately felt welcomed, heard and valued. He took his time going through our options, and patiently answered all of our questions. This was a big deal for me, but Mak did the opposite of putting any pressure on us. Instead, he offered his genuine guidance and support. In finance, Drew went above and beyond to help me understand, organize and process (what feels like) a big commitment, and was so reassuring, kind, and incredibly helpful. I had to come in later that week, and almost felt like I was returning home to see some old friends. Ultimately, we chose to purchase my first new car at your Dealership because of the way we were treated. We could not be happier, and cannot speak highly enough of your team.
