On the test drive a vibration was noticed at highway speeds, the dealership was quick to troubleshoot and after a few balance attempts replaced the tires at no charge. I drove the car about 850 miles home no problem car is really in nice condition. Will keep this dealership in mind when time to make another vehicle purchase. More

I highly recommend choosing any other Hyundai service center over the Kirkland location. This was hands-down the most frustrating and negligent service experience I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car b center over the Kirkland location. This was hands-down the most frustrating and negligent service experience I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car because the AC stopped working—within one year of purchasing it. Chris Zuch “sweet-talked” me with assurances that they’d look into it right away (he's a complete scammer and literally doesn't care about service if you have a warranty). I waited over 3 months just to get an appointment. When I finally brought it in, they told me they didn’t know how to fix it and needed me to return again for a pipe leak test. By the time I got another appointment, summer was over and I had already spent months driving without AC. After all that, they never identified or fixed the issue! I spent around $300 on Uber rides just going back and forth to this place with zero results. Eventually I went to the Everett Hyundai service center instead—they found and fixed the problem in ONE visit. Do NOT waste your time or money with Chris Zuch or this location. Completely unhelpful and borderline scammy. More
