I spent many hours working through Consumer Reports, and decided to replace both cars with Hyundai's; a Santa Fe and a Santa Fe Sport. From our greeting on the showroom floor and test drive with Jeff, to negotiating a price with Thi, to paying the bills with Brian, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the friendly, polite and professional treatment we received all the way through this process. Buying a car can be painful and tedious in many respects. Jeff, Thi and Brian made the purchase of both cars a joy, which probably sounds contrived having to spend money you would rather keep in your own pocket. But it is the truth.
