Good and can be better Jessica, the sales person was pleasant to work with and even answered queries after the purchase. The person from finance was calling others while dealing with us which did not come across as professional. He prepared the paper work and asked us to sign without explaining all the details from the paper work. We were working on a cash deal and handed over the check but did not get a receipt for that and had to text for the same. The paper work that was given to us shows that we financed the vehicle whereas we handed over the check in full amount during the sale. When I later informed Jessica about it she sent a text message with the receipt for the check we handed over. Overall, I would still rate Hyundai of Kirkland well considering the price and the experience with sales person Jessica. Wish that there was enough time spent explaining the paper work from the finance department. More
