We had several people in 4 dealerships tell us "facts" that ended up not being true. I had to spend a great deal of time simply trying to determine the truth about options, colors, etc. Samantha Baker should , in my opinion, be fired. Missing two pre-set appointments, and then her unprofessional appearance, as well as yelling at the better salesperson really reflects poorly on Hyundai of Kirkland. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
