Redeemed the Car Buying Process I have to start by saying that I HATE the car buying process. Every experience I have ever had through the years of purchasing new and used cars has l I have to start by saying that I HATE the car buying process. Every experience I have ever had through the years of purchasing new and used cars has left me feeling toyed with, and disrespected. Hyundai of Kirkland redeemed the car buying experience for me! My communication began with David, the sales manager, via email, where almost every part of the negotiation took place; easy and painless. By the time I waled into the dealership, all I had to do was test drive the car I had my heart set on, and sign the paperwork. The longest part of the whole process was discussing my extended warranty and service options with the finance manager, and even this process was better than I have experienced in the past. As for Hyundai as a whole, this is my third Hyundai and I can't imagine buying anything else. I owned my Santa Fe for twelve years, and we lovingly refer to it as the "bullet proof car". I traded it in on a brand new Veloster Turbo after NEVER having to put it in a shop for anything except routine brakes and tires. Although I have only had my Veloster for less than three weeks, I absolutely love it! It is sporty, fully loaded, and fun to drive. Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland for making my car buying experience so amazing. You have earned my loyalty...and will return when I am ready for my next car buying adventure! More

He is obviously very familiar with the products and features, and took care to make sure I understood the basics and helped me set up initial features of the car before leaving the lot. He has continued checking in with me after the sale to make sure a small issue I had with a cosmetic item is being corrected, as well as making sure I was aware of other features, built in and optional, that were available with the car. I felt no pressure to look at anything other that what I asked for when originally coming to the dealership. The dealership kept it's word in having the cars available at the newspaper and internet advertised price, which is what brought me in to buy a new car. This is after trying to get a similar price from a different dealership closer to my home (showing them the HOK ad), but they could not come close to matching the price advertised by HOK for a similar hybrid. It was a nice touch that Hyundai also recognized Veterans with past military service and provided another $500 discount on top of any other discounts already advertised, for this. All in all, I was hesitant on switching from the high end brand I had previously, but found such a great deal for a quality Hybrid car at HOK, that is was worth switching when I needed a new car. I'd highly recommend Harry at HOK as a salesperson, if someone is looking for a new car from Hyundai. More

Happy New Owner of Santa Fe Sport I wanted a White Hyundai Tucson with Black Interior and a panoramic sunroof. Sounds easy right?...Nope...not one in the state of Washington on Thanksg I wanted a White Hyundai Tucson with Black Interior and a panoramic sunroof. Sounds easy right?...Nope...not one in the state of Washington on Thanksgiving weekend. They looked and looked and looked...a matter a fact this was the 3 type of vehicle I had looked at same color combo and everyone was out. I guess it is a hot color combo right now. I was about to leave sad...I really liked the Tucson. Might need to wait a few months and get a 2017. Then I walked out the door and saw the Santa Fe Sport with everything that I wanted but...here's the but...about $8000 more than I could afford with my trade in. :) Brenda and Ty made it happen thank you!!! I love my new car! More
