New Car Harry was a great salesman. He connected with us and did everything he could to make our purchase and visit a delightful experience. Harry did not pus Harry was a great salesman. He made the overall experience more stressful and was rather rude. Even though he tried to hide it and be professional he was upset we did not purchase any extended warranties. More

The salesman did a great job and the price we got our car at was unbeatable (Black Friday promotion). Couldn't be more satisfied with the price and I appreciate that all terms of the sale were transparent. The only reason I gave 8 stars instead of 10 stars is because we spent too much time at the dealership (3+ hours!) once we decided to buy the car. We spent nearly 1 hours simply waiting on the finance person to see us. Then spent another hour listening to his spiel about extended warranty. I know he is just doing his job, but 50+ minutes of trying to convince us to buy extended insurance / warranty that we don't want was a waste of our time. It's also been over 2 weeks since I bought the car and I haven't received my loan paperwork in the mail or any follow up phone call. More
