Sharp .... Review I must admit that I was apprehensive about the whole "buy a car" process. Family and friends had shared some real horror stories, so I was a bit "on guard" when I arrived to Kirkland Hyundai. Harry met me with a huge smile and pleasant "good morning." I shared with him what I wanted and found on line and off he went to retrieve the car at the Woodinville lot. Harry reviewed all of the car safety features and extras and I drove the car and returned back to the Kirkland location to begin the process with Harry. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, basically stress free and definitely not what I had expected. Harry was attentive, listened to what my car needs were. The day after my purchase Harry called to check in, inquiring if I had any questions or concerns that he could address. Since then, I have received a couple of emails from Harry checking in. He was friendly and not pushy at all, and worked very hard to get me into a car with the finance team. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. Having said that, I was not happy with your detail team when the car was delivered to me. It had clearly not been washed on the outside and the windows inside were FILTHY. It took me three times to get them clean with window cleaner, and I feel that buying a brand new car should have been 100% clean when delivered from service. Also, there is excessive break dust and it's all over my rims. I've read this can be an indication of bad breaks, but the only thing offered was for them to come de-grease them at the dealership. None of this was Jeff's fault, he would not have been aware of the dirty windows and break dust because the car looked clean. More
