I was greeted by Jed Kamiya - he and John Brooke provided a very friendly and professional intro and overview of the vehicle I was interested in. After a thorough test drive, John then drove to Woodinville to pick up the color that I really was interested in, so I could check it out and have another test drive. Negotiating a price was painless and did not take long; however, the whole car buying process did several hours, and I probably met most of the staff at the dealership in the interim. All were very friendly. I had already secured financing, but was able to receive a better rate through Hyundai. In the end, I drove home in a new car that I am really happy with. A really positive experience. More
