2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Purchase David Kim was our sales contact. Prior to our face-to-face meeting he presented their offer and a listed of all the features on the car were interested. On the of our meeting he was there time and we discussed the car of interest. David research their inventory and took into the lot to view the car. The car was a recent delivery and had to be prepped for sale. He found a similar car that we took on a test drive. The car has so many features so David explained the necessary features to allow to test drive the car. We returned to his office and he went over the details of the purchase and we agreed to buy the car. He then referred us to the finance manager who explained all of the paperwork. I signed the contract and drove off with the new car approximately three hours after our arrival. David and other members of the sale staff were courteous, professional.and provided excellent service. We would recommend this dealership to others. I would like to add that our trade in was Hyundai that we purchased from the dealership that was acquired by Hyundai of Kirkland. While we had our previous Hyundai we continued to have it service by Hyundai of Kirkland and we were completely satisfied with the work performed. The service staff are knowledgeable about the Hyundai cars and have always been comfortable to work with. More

BEST SERVICE EVER....THANKS TO SUCCESS!!! I came in looking to get some kind of idea what I would consider for a new car. After driving a Hyundai as a rental a few months ago I was pleasantl I came in looking to get some kind of idea what I would consider for a new car. After driving a Hyundai as a rental a few months ago I was pleasantly shocked at its performance and handling. I was as I stated above NOT in the market to buy now. With no pressure at all Success talked to me about the options I had and my needs. He helped me to decide which would be best for the kind of driving I do on a daily basis and to my amazement, I somehow left with a new car. Four months ahead of time I have a car I would have never purchased had it not been for that charming young man. Weather conditions made it hard to see details on the paint, bit some scratches where on the hood. Otherwise, love the car, it is a wonderful comfortable ride. Just wish the bying experience had left me feeling more as a valued customer. More

Refuses to take any responsibility for employee error I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra 2012 (limited) from the Kirkland Washington Ford/Hyundai dealership. As part of the sales process, the dealership fi I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra 2012 (limited) from the Kirkland Washington Ford/Hyundai dealership. As part of the sales process, the dealership finance department described several add-ons that were available, including extended warranty, tire care services, and pre-paid maintenance contract (all of which I purchased). My complaint involves the pre-paid maintenance contract. The contract cost approximately $1000 and contained a 60,000 mile coverage period. I was later informed that it also contained a 60 month coverage period. I do not drive many miles per year (approx. 7500 at most) and made the salesperson well aware of this because I wanted to make sure that even if it took me longer than average, I would be able to obtain the benefit of the entire set of maintenance services. Although I mentioned this more than once and he said it would not be a problem, it did become one. I relied on his understanding of the terms and operation of the service contract and his response to my questions in making my decision to purchase it. The finance employee only emphasized the 60,000 mile coverage and either never really grasped or did not want to discuss the implications of my driving so much less than the assumed average amount of miles per year. I assume this was because of the financial benefits to him and/or the dealership of selling me the extra services. Unfortunately, my car was totaled after it had about 34,000 miles, and I had used less than half of the services under the contract. When I tried to obtain a refund for the unused portion, I was sent less than $200, which was based solely on a pro-rating of the time remaining on the contract and not on the unused services. I contacted Hyundai of Kirkland multiple times to try and obtain a fairer refund of the unused services, and was given an incorrect number to call at the contract provider, followed by many promises of assistance, all of which led to absolutely no action or help. I have tried for 3 months to obtain a fairer refund for the unused portion of what they sold me, but nothing has happened. Therefore, I am forced to submit this complaint in order to help others avoid this problem. The dealership has refused to acknowledge any responsibility or even a possibility of being responsible for what happened (for example, that their employee may not have fully understood the implications of my not driving nearly the amount of mileage that was assumed as average per year under the contract). I would think that a consumer should be able to assume that a dealership's employee is informed and can assist them in making decisions regarding service contracts sold by the dealership; in this case, the employee did not seem to understand the product and/or was ignoring the implications in order to make a sale. The dealership's unwillingness to do anything more than help me to contact the contract provider (and providing me with an incorrect number) is surprising; I would have thought that in the interests of maintaining a positive customer relationship (since I am now in the market for a new car), they would have offered an additional refund payment to maintain the goodwill that had been generated previously. I really liked my car and was seriously considering purchasing another one from the same dealer, but now will not be doing that. In addition, I am also seriously considering other automobiles, as I do not want to have this happen again. More
Typical used car dealership I'd been approved for loan on a vehicle. I live 160 miles away. Going to pick it up an was going to put deposit down(which i had to ask about. Vehicle had damage to it an need to repaired . Did go get it but still wanted it. Made that clear. I asked if I should still put deposit down. Salesman said wait till its fixed. He would get ahold of me on Monday. Never did Tuesday I got hold of him said it wouldn't be ready Till after Wednesday. on Wednesday I said I would be there next day to pick it up at 10:00 am . nothing AGAIN was said bout deposit . Got a text at 9 pm Wednesday they sold the vehicle . All about a penny more. NO customer service. Typical low classes used car dealership!!!! More
