Complete lack of integrity DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We assumed that since Hyundai of Kirkland was owned by the mayor of the city, that they would operate in a manner of DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We assumed that since Hyundai of Kirkland was owned by the mayor of the city, that they would operate in a manner of integrity. We were wrong. We were in an emergency situation when we went to buy a car, ended up purchasing a vehicle above KKB value with multiple problems. We were told that one of the problems (low tire pressure) would be fixed, but when it turned out to be a nail in a tire (discovered after the sale, despite car going through an inspection before sale), the dealership refused to repair the tire because it wasn't in writing. We inquired about tha battery since it was a hybrid and were assured that it had already been replaced or was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, within days we were seeing issues that turned out to be related to the battery. Now, nine months later, we have to pay around 3k to replace the battery after being discouraged from purchasing an extended warranty and the dealership is absolved of all responsibility despite our certainty that we were knowingly sold a failing car. To make matters worse, we were informed that our battery could have caught fire and endangered ours and our child's lives. After consulting with hybrid experts, we are certain that the dealership knew the battery was failing and chose not to disclose. We will never buy from here again and will discourage all friends and family from ever doing so. More

Low Pressure, Great Sales Experience David Kim and the rest of the sales team were very professional and courteous. My wife and I hadn't planned on buying a car when we came in. We were David Kim and the rest of the sales team were very professional and courteous. My wife and I hadn't planned on buying a car when we came in. We were given a low-pressure sales offer, which we took home to consider. As soon as we got back, we turned right around to finalize the deal. They did a great job showing us the car we wanted, offering us an extremely fair value, and were persistent to make a sale, but we never felt pressured. We could tell that they wanted our business, but gave us room to think and consider. A great sales effort, and we are extremely satisfied with our entire experience. Thank you!! More
