Excellent Sales Experience I had been to another to another dealer (not a Hyundai dealer) and walked out because the "closer" won't answer my questions with a yes or no answer a I had been to another to another dealer (not a Hyundai dealer) and walked out because the "closer" won't answer my questions with a yes or no answer and tried high pressure techniques even though I am an attorney and told him I was familiar with what he was attempting and I wouldn't tolerate it. He ignored my request and I walked out. I went to Hyundai of La Quinta with a USAA car buying quote and, after my test drive, told the sales team leader I didn't have much time. He offered to contact me by email with a price. He did that promptly, I accepted the price and showed up the next day to purchase the vehicle. That's the way it should be done. Robert was a perfect professional and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Don Craig whom I was referred to by Hyundai treated me extremely well and did everything possible to find me what I wanted. Ian McHenry the Hyundai Product Specialist who conducted my test drive was thorough and professional. Both Don and Ian along with the sales manager helped me find a Genesis G80 that had everything I wanted. Ian went over the car with me explaining completely and showed me how to operate every feature of my new Genesis. Both Don and Ian each called me a few days after I got the car to see if was happy with it and was having difficulties with it. I was having no problems and was very happy with the car. More

We actually had left without a deal.. and James called us back with a car that would work for us. We were comfortable coming back and purchasing the Elantra James had picked for us. Normally when I leave a dealer, I don't come back. Even after our purchase, Erick in finance found a better rate and called us back again to help us save over $3,500 on our car.... Three representatives from the Sales group spent a considerable amount of time with me answering a number of questions I had regarding the pricing and providing a reconciliation of differences. I was very satisfied with the result. Following the agreement Abel did an excellent job of orienting me to the technical features of the car. I also received a follow up call from him which I thought was very classy. It was a good experience. This is the second car I have leased with this dealership. I wanted to stay with them because of the friendly and professional experiences I have had with their service department. More

The finance guy also explained that I had additional coverage on the Elantra that I was trading in and to call the dealership that I had purchased that one at 3 years prior to get a refund on those warranties which I would have never known to do without him telling me that, he also made copies of all the paperwork I would need to fax that dealership to get that refund so I thank him very much for that. More
