They changed oil. Took them 2+ hrs and a few days later there was oil dripping under the car. They forgot to install the gasket. Lied. Stalled. Lied again and my car came out worse than when brought in. Then tried to overcharge me by ~$500 hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I called them Stalled. This is the worst dealership! Zero stars. Absolute trash from the work to the service. Took our car to fix a recall and address another issue that was happening. This was Tuesday Zero stars. Absolute trash from the work to the service. Took our car to fix a recall and address another issue that was happening. This was Tuesday morning when we dropped the car off. They were very quick to call and ask for money for a diagnostic fee because they didn’t know if the other problem was associated with the recall. Said that’s fine just let us know what’s wrong. Never heard from them after that. 9 day! 9 days of NO ONE having the xxxxx to pick up the phone and tell us where our car is and what’s been done. The adviser said they knew what was wrong and what needs to be done, but clearly NO one at this service center was smart enough to do it. Their solution; let the car sit there with no work being performed. Trash. Everyone is trash here. Management are all cowards who couldn’t even face us when we demanded answers. The car still isn’t fixed. Thanks morons. More

Took my car for a simple oil change. Took them 4 hours and destroyed one of the four air valves. I was told that no issues with my coils were found. Took my car to somewhere else and the Took them 4 hours and destroyed one of the four air valves. I was told that no issues with my coils were found. Took my car to somewhere else and they successfully diagnosed the mentioned issue with the coils. Staff didn't even apologized. Did the appointment with Holmes. More

I had my engine replaced and right after my AC stopped working. I brought my car in to have them take a look and figure out what went wrong after the replacement. I took it in on Monday. I was told they would tell me on Tuesday what went wrong. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday , Friday and Saturday… I finally got an update and they are telling me that they need to run a diagnostic that will cost $300. I was told they would determine the issue and either fix it or let me know. Now they want to charge me, after holding my car for a week with no update? It seems like bad practice. More
