This review is almost as exaggerated as your decision to call the police after refusing to pay $60 for the additional work you authorized us to perform. After the police arrived and spoke to both of us, they immediately took our side and chose to leave, instead of continuing the conversation with you. We chose to service your vehicle for free and we asked you to not come back after the way you spoke to our team. At least we can agree on that. And for anyone else reading this: if there's a miscommunication or misunderstanding, especially due to a language barrier, just talk to us. Or ask a family member or friend to help translate. Or use an app on your smartphone. There's no need to yell and shout or call people names. And certainly no need to call 911.

Hi Robyn, I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you in person when you picked up your Tucson. I relied heavily on Freddy for updates and I understand now that those were not accurate or truthful. He is no longer with us and we have a new service manager starting next week. I hope you'll give her and our new team another chance. I'm glad you were able to get the new engine installed under warranty and we'd like to take care of its first oil change for free.
