I brought my car in for the first oil change and I’ve had issues since. I have gotten multiple transmission errors and the check engine light was on for a week. They confirmed a loaner twice in advance and didn’t have one available when I went to pick one up. Ari, the service contact was doing her best, but not 1 time did a manager come out to speak with me. They made her keep running to the back to talk to “someone/the service manager” to relay a message. A terrible consumer experience. I waited for a loaner to be available and when I dropped my car off the check engine light went off. I have videos and an examples of the errors and issues I am having with the car. After a week of having it “they can’t recreate the issue”. The Hyundai app is tracking the code and still they can’t do anything. At this point it seems they don’t want to fix the issue, my car only has 7000 miles on it and I have been to the dealer 6 times with no resolution. Avoid this place and go to another dealer. More

We came in on the last day of a big sale, and they were willing to stay for 2 hours after closing to make sure we were taken care of and could finish our purchase before the promotion ended. They were both incredibly knowledgable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and guiding us through the process without any pressure.
