Not much friendly after selling car. Needed help to deliver the car to my preferred place, couldn't help! Needed to park my bike on their parkinglot, have to ask them few time to agree with that. Went for my regular maintenance matter, person I talked said he have no idea. Then ask me it is a brand new car? I said yes. He then said then there is nothing need to do. When i was buying they was saying they are going to set me up with schedule for maintenance, unless I miss heard or misinterpreted. Then after few days when i realized my wiper is no good, and asked them to help me about it, they said I need to buy a new wiper. You provided a brand new car which wiper is not working well and you can't offer a wiper change! Don't know its policy of dealership or policy of huyndai usa. Either way this is not a customer friendly policy. And now there is a call from finance department, that i need to sign some more paper! Why didn't you finished it up the day I bought the car. Although I needed to go there for car wash, so I said " I will meet after this time". Gave my car for wash, went to his office twice and saw him taking care of a family so I didn't bother him. Called me next day again while I was on my way to newyork for family visit, with a tone like every fault is mine. Lets see how this water roll. But in either case from my family and friends they will never get a buyer. More
