Great Experience I went into the dealership with a Capital One approved loan. It was a matter of just selecting a vehicle. I did some research prior to going to Grossinger. Although I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle that day, I did want to test drive the new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Just to make sure. I met with Jimmy Jung. He was great! He did not pressure me or try to sell me something I did not need or could not afford. He let me lead and allowed me to decide what was best for me and price range I could afford. We took a test drive and I knew this was the car for me. He explained the new features and how they worked. Jimmy was very patient with me. He helped me get the car for the price I was comfortable with. All in all the entire staff was great and took the stress off buying a car. If I ever need to buy a car again I would definitely go back to this Grossinger dealer and recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
