Contacted the dealership online about a new car. An appointment was made, the dealership sent email reminders to be there on time. Arrived promptly. The place was a zoo. Went and stood by the floor mod appointment was made, the dealership sent email reminders to be there on time. Arrived promptly. The place was a zoo. Went and stood by the floor model of the car we were interested in. After 10 mins no one approached us. Went to the desk. Turns out the person who sent the emails didn't even work there! Some sales rep said he could help us, and if we just went back over to the demo he'd be there in a minute. Waited another 10. Finally looked up the next closest Hyundai dealership on my phone, and headed there, where we were promptly greeted at the door, given full attention, offered a test drive, and, once the paperwork was done, were on the road in the new car. Hyundai of Lincolnwood missed an easy sale due to a poorly managed showroom. More
I went here to buy my very first New car and this was the biggest disappointment I have ever been through. I bought a "new" car from them and there was so many problems that I don't even know where to begin. biggest disappointment I have ever been through. I bought a "new" car from them and there was so many problems that I don't even know where to begin. If there was such thing as zero stars that is what they'd be getting. First off, the car they sold me was disgustingly dirty. It was a previous loaner but seriously, they couldn't of cleaned it first before selling it? Second, there was cosmetic damage, again should of been fixed before sale. When I bought it I agreed that I'd buy it if they did both and we settled on it. Come a few days after purchase I don't here a single thing from them and I was calling the sales persons number over and over again to no answer. I eventually called the dealership and only got stuff figured out by talking to the GM. Skip forward to already have the car back at the dealership, I don't get any updates at all. I was the one that had to check to see what the heck was going on with my car. On top of that they had the car for over A WEEK. Only the day before I got to pick it up did I hear anything back. When I got back, the car was cleaner but nothing like a "new" car should be. Still had stains on the roof, front window smeared, simple stuff that should of been handled with my car being gone for a week. To top that off, THEY THREW AWAY EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN MY CAR; my weather mats, my charging cables and even my temp license plate papers. Like who does that? I asked where everything was and of course they didn't have a clue like I was the dumb one. The body damage on the door was fixed but only half way. It was a pushed in dent with paint missing. They fixed the dent but didn't bother paint it. The car is black paint, very easily found and used on cars. Again, with a week being gone they couldn't even do that? Next is the blue link that the Hyundai came with and guess what? That doesn't work either and I told him to set it up for me when I picked it up and I didn't get help at all. All I was told was to call the number for blue link. Also, they couldn't even give me the cars manual because they had to clue where it was and since they did not show me anything at the dealership, I have to figure everything myself. I worked at a dealership for over 8yrs and I know great customer service and this place is far from it. I would recommend no one buying a car from here so just stay away and look for way better dealerships in the area because this is not the one. More
As our sales agent was the greatest...though too much shady practices this dealer management does as no full disclosure of prices on used cars. Trying to buy a car, cash in hand, from out of town. Salesperson said perhaps the sales manager could answer my questions. Couldn't get a call back from their sales manager after days and 3 voicemails explaining that I wanted info to buy a specific car off their lot to pick-up, a quick and easy no-haggle sale on a debit card. The impression I get is they refused this easy sale because, like so many old school dealerships, their sales procedure is to bring people in and waste a day of their time so they'll feel over-invested in the process and more easily hustled for extra money. I'm glad I didn't waste any more time on these jokers. More

We bought a new car and then got ripped off by the sales man and the finance officer who changed the terms of the agreement without our knowledge which will cost us $6000+ over the agreed upon price after t man and the finance officer who changed the terms of the agreement without our knowledge which will cost us $6000+ over the agreed upon price after the fact! Then argue with us over the first service that they told us to do then saying they didn't want to do it because of low miles, well then why call us and say we need that service at 6 months or it will void the warranty... This is the worst car dealer ever, NEVER AGAIN! More
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I went in to purchase a used car for $17,500. They added a $3,000 UCI (Used Car Inspection) fee to the price of the car at signing. They lure you into the dealership and then try car for $17,500. They added a $3,000 UCI (Used Car Inspection) fee to the price of the car at signing. They lure you into the dealership and then try screwing you on financing and fees. They also promised me a specific price for a car lease and then backed out. They are a bunch of sleezy salesmen and thieves. More
Rude staff and a complete waste of time, especially the guy who seemed like he was the manager. Truly one of my worst experiences at a car dealership despite the brevity of my visit. Staff wasn't masked up guy who seemed like he was the manager. Truly one of my worst experiences at a car dealership despite the brevity of my visit. Staff wasn't masked up, despite numerous signs indicating masking requirements. They completely ignored me for about 10-15 minutes and then taunted me for trying to keep safe by wearing a mask and keeping distance from their unmasked employees. I had to walk out without taking my test drive or hearing any options on cars. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership where they'll respect and take care with your time and your health. More
