I made it clear when I made my appointment in person that I needed to be out by a quarter to 11 so that I could get to work on time. We decided that 945 would be a good time for an oil change. That's one hour to check the oil and the breaks and get me out by 1045. I was 10 minutes late for work and that was only because the Tech was rushed through his job.
