Recalls on my car I had scheduled my appointment over a month prior to the date of appointment and had asked for a rental car as well. Received confirmation of work to I had scheduled my appointment over a month prior to the date of appointment and had asked for a rental car as well. Received confirmation of work to be completed including a car to be used. Upon arrival, I was notified that they did not have anything but a shuttle bus to take me to where I needed to go. Them, not realizing what all I had scheduled to do today, were unaware of the places I had to be not icluding having to work which was an hour away for their place. Very disappointed with their processing of appointments and the guarantee they make. Even though this was only for a recall four to be exact on my car and them not making any money off of me, this was wrong and unexcusable. I will not be returning to them. More
