I am 84 years old, and I have delt with many companies as a purchasing agent. The run-around I received on July 14 at your facility was the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced. I received a re a purchasing agent. The run-around I received on July 14 at your facility was the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced. I received a recall on my car purchased in December 2025. I made an appointment with the Service Department and took the car in to have it fixed, I waited over two hours before checking to see how much longer I would be detained. I was told that more problems had been found and it would take a little longer before they would be finished. A few minutes passed and I was approached by the sales department showing me another car. This led me to believe my car was being swapped out due to recall. This was not the case at all. I was tricked into signing paperwork to purchase another car. By this time, I had been waiting approximately four hours. I now have two cars to make payments on. I am a senior citizen and a widow, I know your Sales Department employees are still laughing about how they pulled one over on the old lady. I will never do business with your company again, and I will tell all my family and friends to be very alert if they are shopping for a vehicle and end up at your place of business. I have NEVER been as dissatisfied with a business as I am with Mobile Hyundai. More
