Oil change & AC check. Stopped in on a Saturday morning for my 8am appointment. Tim Hernandez greeted me warmly and professionally at 8am after unlocking the service area d Stopped in on a Saturday morning for my 8am appointment. Tim Hernandez greeted me warmly and professionally at 8am after unlocking the service area doors. He did a vehicle pre-service inspection and got my car right into the service bay after brief chat about my concerns. The mechanics checked my AC system which had not been properly cooling the vehicle and determined that I indeed would need to get a new AC compressor. Tim quickly noted that the repair would still be covered under warranty and immediately put the part on order. I now just have to wait a week or so for the part to arrive so that I can get back in to have it installed. Even got the car washed after service. Always a nice group of folks to help you out at this dealership. Always going above and beyond. Thanks again Tim and all the hard working mechanics....with a special shout out to my other "go-to guy" Barry Roach, always good to see him getting his flow and hustle on at the service desk. In doing so, I found the car I wanted, completed the application, was contacted by Jeena, who helped me through the process without me having to step foot in the dealership. Once the paperwork was completed (again without me spending hours haggling with the sales manager), I walked in, test drive my new Tucson, signed the papers, received a tour of the service department, picked up my keys and drove home.
