Exceptional customer service experience I saw the car I wanted online but was nervous I would get there and it not be there or by the time fees get added would be unaffordable. I had other options I was considering but after talking things through with Joe Lucatra, he helped me decide what was best for my interest. I got the color and make/model I wanted and it was the most affordable of all the options. I brought my 4 year old with me and Joe was so patient, friendly and playful it made the experience more comforting and less stressful. Then with finance I worked with Jerrod who was also friendly and got me a great deal. He too was patient, explained things to me and answered all my questions.
