Customer service goes one step above I was frustrated with my sixt car rental because my car was sluggish and losing power while I was driving it. When I got to the Hyundai dealer I was I was frustrated with my sixt car rental because my car was sluggish and losing power while I was driving it. When I got to the Hyundai dealer I was greeted by Lily Cawley whose customer service was above most. She informed me there was a recall on my car and explained to my car rental company that I needed another rental because my car was dangerous. She offered me water or coffee and made me very comfortable during my 3 hour wait. It was so nice to meet some one who truly cared. This Hyundai dealer didn’t get to work on my car because my car rental didn’t want them working on it but I’m sure there work would have been as good as there customer service.A special thanks to Lily Cawley More
3 visits and still the problem is not solved? I made a mistake to buy the car from an dealer 1/2 hr from my home . The salesman in order to make the deal sweet he promised me a free car wash. I did stop to get some help with the navigating and no one from the dealership could help me. They take me I should have an appointment with the salesman and no one else can help me except him. I made an appointment with the service depart to check the navigation. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs they said my radio is not good and they will order a new. A second appointment . and waiting again 2 hrs they said “ we instal the new radio and still have the same problem. We’ll order a new SIMS card. “Now I have to make another appointment to install the card and hopping they will repair it correctly If I need any help to explain to me about the features of the car the only person to help me is the salesman who sold me the car. And if this person quits what do I do?? It’s very unfriendly and I should not have to go through this. . More
