Dishonest, concealing information during negotiations. I was brought in saying they will beat competitors offer and then sneaked in dealer fees with tax and title fee. I was going to purchase at Hyundai of I was brought in saying they will beat competitors offer and then sneaked in dealer fees with tax and title fee. I was going to purchase at Hyundai of central Florida which has no dealer fee. When I was signing the final contract I saw the fee and informed them and was told that the credit for that fee was adjusted in selling price. It was towards end of day and I trusted them with that answer. Next day when I reviewed the sale price was not adjusted. Informed them to be told that I had signed off on those prices. Nathan was good to work with but his manager is dishonest who said they will not fix the mistake to correct the sales price to adjust for the dealer fee. More
