Service writer I went to your agency on a recall. The service writer came to me with additional suggestions if repair; air conditioner cabin filter, air filter, fuel I went to your agency on a recall. The service writer came to me with additional suggestions if repair; air conditioner cabin filter, air filter, fuel injection cleaning and deodorize air conditioner. She added items on a tablet came to $200 I chose to have all work done except deodorize air conditioner. When checking out, my bill was $200. I said it should be less. She checked her tablet and said she made a mistake adding. This did not give me a good feeling. If I had all the work done it would have been $300 not the $200 estimate. I have no other issues with the service. More

Had a problem with 2014 Sonata -- A/C not working righ Had an appt. for 12 noon March 28. I explained the problem to Mary and she explained that my car had a recall and an update needed to be done. I asked for her to first find out the problem with the A/C and find me in the waiting room. I checked with her after 1 hr. & no info ready yet. I asked again in 1-1/2 hr. (total time) and was told the car needed a compressor which was under the warranty. She suggested three services she said I needed. Only two made sense to me, so I had them done. I told her I had a bad back and needed to go home if it would be a long time. She said another hour. NEVER told me they had an option to give me a ride. I kept checking. She never came to find me like she said she would -- used the intercom, only heard it because someone in the waiting room asked my name. The total time was 3-1/2 hrs. NOT GOOD SERVICE. I love the car but this was ridiculous. I had to go to the chiropractor today. I can't imagine ever going back to your company. More
