They’ll definitely get there $$ back and than some from my car, after all it was a Chevy SS. My salesman was Treg, and I believe the sales manager was Mike, both good guys, and I’m looking forward to the next 3 years to see how Hyundai/Genesis service department is. More

Sales manager is a very rude person.. Where to begin; the sales floor lobby leaves a lot to be desired. There is no privacy while you are negotiating your purchase, literally the people on Where to begin; the sales floor lobby leaves a lot to be desired. There is no privacy while you are negotiating your purchase, literally the people on the table in front of us kept turning around to listen to our conversation. Our sales person Chad brought out the sales manager Mike Morris who went on to say that because we would be negotiating from the invoice he would not give us more than $500.00 dollars if we we trading in a car! It should be noted that we had not mentioned anything about a trade in or the make model or year of the trade in. In fact we had not even looked any invoices or talked price yet. I found that very unprofessional and heavy handed! So now fast forward to when finally negotiated the final price and it came down to the trade, they looked at my trade when I was given the offer on the trade I told Chad what I wanted and he went back in and presented it to Mike. My wife and I were sitting outside because there was no where to sit inside when mike came out he was very aggressive and combative stating I get that I was a knowledgeable car buyer and that he wouldn’t or could not give me what I wanted for my trade in. My wife had to tell him to calm down because he was combative and disrespectful. We were not being rude or disrespectful. As a matter of fact I would have walked out of there if not for my wife. There was no owners Manuel in the vehicle I have called texted and emailed chad; when I finally made contact he said they had ordered one and that it would be mailed to me and I’m still waiting. Also I told chad that I noticed there is a scrape on the front of vehicle and he stated that he would put into the vehicle history log and that when I come for a service they would check it out and make a repair or touch it up. My wife and I would also like to say that Chad was very accommodating and knowledgeable. More

They fixed my rims After a recent service I noticed a bunch of glue type gunk on my rims. I had to purchase 2 new tires due to a puncture that was found. I figured the glue was from mounting my new tires I made a complaint to the service manager Andrew. He was very nice and had no problem offering to have my rims refinished. Thank you to Mary my service writer and Andrew for being the best! More
