We are very dissatisfied with your service We had an appointment for 8:00 AM. My wife arrived 0802 and went to a counter to check in. The agent gave no info how long it would take. The car was left in the driveway and my wife went into the coffee shop. She waited patiently until 0940 AM when she went to see if the car was being readied, it was still sitting in the driveway area and had been washed but not serviced. She asked the agent what happened and was told that 3 service men did not come to work and no timeline for finishing the work was available. She took her car and went home. We own 3 Hyundai cars and have used your service for years, and always have been well taken care off. This time we were quite dissatisfied and will try some other dealer. Software Update Appointment I went in for a software update appointment for my car on Monday 02/25. I asked the man at the service counter if by chance the workers could also loo I went in for a software update appointment for my car on Monday 02/25. I asked the man at the service counter if by chance the workers could also look at a weird sound my car was making or if I would need to make a separate service appointment. He said he would ask them to take a look. Then, he tried to sell me into talking into someone about trading my car in because my warranty was over. I said I would take some information, but I didn't want to do anything today. I thought he would just give me some information from the computer, but he proceeded to bring a salesman to me that pointed out my age in regards to my car decisions. For example he mentioned my "mom and pops" regarding how I "probably" got the vehicle. He seemed sarcastic about everything ("oh, yeah, I used to want to keep my car til the wheels fell off, too but then I started leasing") and mentioned he had been there working at the dealership for many years. I'm in my late 20s and a grown adult. I don't think I should be treated differently because of my age. I didn't come to the dealership to try and be sold into trading my car in. When my car was ready (a little over 2 hours later), I asked the service man if they said anything about the sound my car my making, and he said "oh no, that will have to be for another day." He patted my back and asked me to have a good day. He walked away quickly before I could say anything once we got to my car. He seemed to want to be rid of me quickly. I didn't get a chance to say anything, and just left extremely annoyed. I thought I was also waiting to hear about the state of my car. I know you all were busy as it was a Monday, but I felt unappreciated and disrespected. I have been here before for an oil change, and expected to also get a free car wash this time. I wasn't even asked if I wanted one, and saw on the receipt that I had "declined" this. The receipt also said I denied a service check. I was never asked if I wanted either. Overall, I will be going to a different Hyundai dealer in the future for any service. More

1st class service and treatment from start to finish. Sometimes going to the dealer for services is a pain but NPR makes it good as possible. This is a real review.
