I visited the lot months ago, shopping around and seeing what was available. I went to 3 different dealerships. Ben was the first stop and my expectations were set very high with Hyundai after the first meeting. Next, I went all the way to Wesley Chapel to the notorious, 'it's huuuge' guy and left feeling like I needed a shower with the slimy sales tactics. The third and last visit was to a dealership down the rode from Hyundai and I left feeling like they did not want my business, I was never approached while walking the lot. I knew that once I was ready to purchase, Ben would get my business and I wanted to work with no one else. I made an appointment and he remembered the details that we had discussed prior and as well my preferences for the car. I never felt like I was being swindled and all details were outlined for me in great explanation. I got a great deal on a perfect car for my small family. As long as I am buying, I will go back to Hyundai of New Port Richey and I will be a lifetime customers of Ben's. I am incredibly happy and able to enjoy my first new car without feeling like I lost anything. My experience in the finance office with James was equally pleasant. Fast, friendly service. Made my service appointment on line. Dropped my car off for 50,000 mile service at 11:00 am. Oil and filter change, spark plugs and ecu update and put Made my service appointment on line. Dropped my car off for 50,000 mile service at 11:00 am. Oil and filter change, spark plugs and ecu update and put in a new battery. Also, they washed the car. They called me to say it was finished at about 2:30. I'm very satisfied with the service that was done. More
