Terrible. The customer service was very good! The service it self took over an hour and half from my appointment that I was early too to get my oil change and c The customer service was very good! The service it self took over an hour and half from my appointment that I was early too to get my oil change and car washed. They barely washed the outside of car as there was still bugs on the front, and dirt all over my tire wheels. I can tell they didn’t do much of a wash either or that my car was sitting there as it was COMPLETELY dry! I checked on how long it was still going to take at the hour and fifteen mark and the customer service rep still said they were draining the fluid and putting new oil in... meaning that they didn’t even start my car until 30min before I asked. The wait and everything they did was terrible. I don’t really think I will be back to this Hyundai for service or recommend it either. Which is sad as my husband had a Hyundai from this location for over 3 years and I was happy to lease mine from this Hyundai as well. A two hour wait for an oil change and car wash is beyond ridiculous. No apologies were given for the long wait, and like I said the car was barely washed. Not happy AT ALL! More

Confidence Crashed For over ten years I have been a loyal brand and dealership customer. What happened? The formerly trustworthy dealership has lost all staus with me. They did not perform an important check before I left on a trip during a major service and I had to make the repair on the road. (60 days ago) 2. They did not wash the top of my vehicle when washing my car leaving two dirty lines under the carrier rails. (2 days ago) 3. They tried to sell me a battery I did not need. (I had it independently tested when I left the dealership 613 CCA on a 500CCA battery!!) . (2 days ago) I am steamed!!! More

AWESOME SERVICE Called to set up a service appointment was offered to come in within the hour instead of waiting a day or two. Not only was my car given a nice clean wash to get all the pollen off but I received a coupon discount which reduce my service cost and half. Just one word, awesome More
