HAD TO WAIT ENTIRELY TOOI LONG!!! Had an appointment did not leave service center until over two hours & half later just to have an oil change!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! WOULD NEVER GO HERE OR RECOMMEND !!! Went to purchase a used 2018 Santa Fe on 20 Nov 2019. Price on internet was $24,700. We were greeted promptly and a salesman (Howard -- very nice) Went to purchase a used 2018 Santa Fe on 20 Nov 2019. Price on internet was $24,700. We were greeted promptly and a salesman (Howard -- very nice) took us on a test drive. All was good until we sat down at Howard's desk. His paperwork showed the car at $27,300. We told him that there had to be a mistake -- because the price on the net was $24,700. He explained to us that the dealership adds a charge of $2600 for (please sit down for this) -- CAR RECONDITIONING. I asked him to explain exactly what "car reconditioning" is -- and he proceeded to explain that it is more-or-less for the cleaning of the used vehicle. OK...….I do understand that all businesses need to make a profit. But the last time I checked -- a DETAIL of a car/truck/suv, etc -- cost about $200. So where on God's green earth does this dealer get off with charging $2600 -- for a $200 detail ????????? I hope you are aware of this SCAM if you go to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. (prices I have used are approximate -- but darn close -- as I don't remember the exact figures.) I was too upset. More

Error Corrected I had my routine oil change and check on 11/21/2019. After driving a few miles I had a bad odor of burning oil in the car. When I arrived home there w I had my routine oil change and check on 11/21/2019. After driving a few miles I had a bad odor of burning oil in the car. When I arrived home there was oil spilled on the engine, firewall and everywhere. I called Hyundai service after 7pm and a service Manager Andrew sent someone to my house to take the car and clean the oil and check the car. It was returned the next morning. Outstanding response to the problem and great customer focus. More
