Very happy with the attentiveness I was very happy with Bill Parente and how he was able to get me into a new car with a low credit score. I went there to look a used cars vs new cars I was very happy with Bill Parente and how he was able to get me into a new car with a low credit score. I went there to look a used cars vs new cars and he explained it would be far more beneficial to get me into a new car vs used. Truth be told I had no intention of actually buying anything on that exact day but I actually left with a new car that day with no high pressure selling. I am not a fan of car dealerships but Bill had me at Hello. I need to mention Marc Nessel in financing also he was amazing and really put me at ease as I signed the paperwork. I would drive 500 miles to come back and purchase from Hyundai of New Port Richey again!!! More

Multiple issues and several trips to correct one issue We purchased our car in 2017. We have been to this dealership multiple times to correct one issue. The most recent concern we brought it in for an o We purchased our car in 2017. We have been to this dealership multiple times to correct one issue. The most recent concern we brought it in for an oil change and we also had an air conditioning issue and break issue. The dealership had our vehicle overnight and said all the concerns were corrected. When we picked up the car the next day on the way home the air conditioner still had the same problem. It was not fixed by the dealer. This is the same pattern as all the other times we brought the car in. It takes multiple times to get the particular problem corrected. This concerns me as I have wasted gas and time to run the car back and forth to the dealership. Now we have to take the car back again to see if they can fix it this time. More

He approached me asking if I was interested into speaking to someone that he could introduce me to about maybe putting me into a newer model. At first, I was hesitant. I was just in to get my tire replaced as my 2016 was really good to me. Not one issue! I was introduced to Jonathan Simons who was attentive, has a great sales personality and was very patient as I had my 6 yr old with me. He made my car buying experience a great one, and I’m very pleased with my purchase! Jonathan is a great asset to your team! Marc in Finance was great also, and answered all the questions I had since I had warranty still etc. and was very personable! Overall, great experience as always! More
