He helped us get the best possible deal with the vehicle that we wanted, with the features that were most important to us. The finance dept (James) helped us also to get a great rate! Everyone on the floor were freindly, making sure we had popcorn or water, while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be processed. This is the third vehicle (2 were leases) that we have gotten and we are loving it!!! More

Excellent service and a great shuttle service to boot It’s sometimes difficult to get cars serviced when you work and don’t want to spend your weekend sitting and waiting. The Service Rep worked with me It’s sometimes difficult to get cars serviced when you work and don’t want to spend your weekend sitting and waiting. The Service Rep worked with me to schedule my cars back to back perfectly. I dropped the first off and the shuttle brought me back home. The first one was done 45 minutes before the second appointment so I brought the second and picked up the first. When the second was done they called to let me know and scheduled the shuttle to pick me up. This was great and saved my day. Regarding the service everything exceeded my expectation - they even caught an issue I had forgotten about and called to let me know what it was and cost to correct - again saved me. I have to say I no longer will be thinking about where to service my vehicles - it’s just too easy to call Hyundai of NPR! More
