Not happy I brought my car in 11/15 for an oil change. I was advised that a belt need to be replaced which I had done. Which I already knew by the sounds it was making. More

Too many cars and not enough service The service rep was very helpful but I waited FIVE hours for an oil change and 60,000 maintenance. Extremely late I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived early, and my should be 1-1.5 hour long appointment lasted 3 hours for a basic oil change. No notice that they were running extremely late or anything until I asked. Thankfully I was able to reschedule my other appointment so I wasn’t late. While they have great prices they shouldn’t over book their mechanics or at least have better planning or turn people away if already over booked. More
