What buying a car should be like! I’ve bought over one dozen cars and this is the first time a dealer/salesman did what they said they would. I saw an ad for a car and called the dea I’ve bought over one dozen cars and this is the first time a dealer/salesman did what they said they would. I saw an ad for a car and called the dealer. I spoke with Ron and told him how much I was willing to pay out the door with my trade in. I researched the price of the car on KBB and NADA and it was a fair offer. Ron said he would do it. I drove from an hour away and the car was ready to go. I test drove it and thoroughly inspected the car. Ron wasn’t pushy at all. He excused himself and went to right up the sale and I fully expected him to come back well over what I had offered over the phone. He came back with a sale that was $68 over my offer. If you’ve bought many cars you know this doesn’t happen. It’s not uncommon for a dealer to say than can meet your price only to come back $1000 or way more than your offer. I used to go to the other Hyundai down the street at 19 and 54 and I never felt treated properly. Everyone was always rushing around and the service always took a very long time. They were always trying to get you to do more than what was needed for your car and would try to pressure you into spending more money on services that you didn’t need. I love coming to this service center as that does not happen and you always are treated as you would hope to be. More
