He had received an excellent deal, so was sure I would as well. I had the great fortune of having Lamont Gardner as my salesman. He exceeded my needs and expectation and worked to get me the best deal possible. He was informative, but not pushy. I must say of all the dealerships and sales staff I have interacted with, he was the best and my deciding factor in purchasing. BTW, I live 2 counties, an hour and a half away but the trip was well worth it. Lamont rocks! More

I feel not valued. I've been a customer for 6 years in a row I've been a customer for 6 years now. I purchased a 2 year service plan for my leased Sonata. They told me it came with 1 year of service as well.. So I've been a customer for 6 years now. I purchased a 2 year service plan for my leased Sonata. They told me it came with 1 year of service as well.. So the one year complimentary service plus the 2 year service package I purchased would mean that all 3 years of my lease should be covered under a service plan. However, they have been trying to charge me for routine service after 2 years were up. Its a bummer because i wanted to sign up for another 3 year lease agreement soon. This survey made me list an employee that was involved in my service. However, it wasn't a single employee but rather the company as a whole that left me hanging. More
