Auto service with a smile I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I would receive at no cost to me; of course I agreed. The dealership is always clean and comfortable. At the agreed upon time, the same man told me the work was completed, and we then reviewed the service work and charges; the price was less than I expected. Overall, an excellent experience, as always. More

Oil change coupon plus labor I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change So you would think that is what you would pay. Nope.. there was a $3 hazardous waste charge and a $ I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change So you would think that is what you would pay. The experience was awful. We had an appointment at 11AM.....Arrived at 10:55 AM. This was for an oil change and tire rotation plus and recall module update. We did not get out of there till after 2PM. Unacceptable! And no tire rotation. More
