Service Person unable answer had to confirm with others. Sorry to not rate higher, but it does appear that the workers had to check and get back to us. To me, more than once, this was an indication that they weren't able to make a decision without speaking to someone else first. Maybe inexperienced? Caused delays, then the person wasn't in the next day to confirm if we had an agreement or not? never sealed the appointment. We went elsewhere to have the work done. I know the place is very busy but I think you might need to do a better job at responding to clients and avoid running to someone else...I wasn't buying a car, just having a repair done? I would use the dealership again, I had in the past, and the service was great! Thanks for listening, Carole Gannon More

Multiple visits for the same problem. I came here 3 times for a problem I was having with my tire losing air. I would have to air the same tire up every day. They told me that they couldn't find what the issue was. On my 4th visit, they said they found a nail. I paid for them to patch it. Well, the following days I was still having to put air in it. Customer service Bought a certified Elantra GT 2.5. weeks ago. It was missing a key fob, took almost 2 weeks to receive one. Needed head lights replaced due to water in the glass. Took about 4 days to order and install, ok. One tire was a different brand than the other three but we decided to let that go. However we showed the clear coat coming off the spoiler over the rear window which we didn't notice before buying the car since it was raining the entire time we were shopping at Hyundai. I have been to the service department 4 times, twice spending several hours. Each time I was told to expect a phone call regarding my paint. I have still received NO call. I paid cash for this car and I expect to have my clear coat fixed. Improved customer communication is a must at this service dept. More
