Fair Service Service on my car was good. They didn't try to upsell for the first time ever but that was because it's a brand new car. Nothing to upsell there. T Service on my car was good. Waited in line outside for a long time. No one was moving the cars up and I was pracatically hanging out on the highway. No one could enter the lot with the line of cars and blank spaces in front. No one came out to move the cars for a long time. I thought they were either too busy or neglectful. I went inside and stood there what seemed like forever. One service tech was chatting with 2 customers and shooting the breeze over nothing important. That lasted probably 15 minutes. Another service tech was shuffling papers over and over ever so slowly looked like he was just killing time. Two other techs were actually working on service orders for customers. I stood there like an idiot being ignored and ignored. It was a ridiculous situation. What, was I invisible? I finally got service from one of the truly working servicemen Juan Aviles and he was very good. More
