My father and I were greeted by Micheal Feiertag immediately, and he did not seem nervous, or needy of a customer. He asked me if there was anything specific that I was looking for (it was a Tuscon at the time) and brought me over to the wide selection. I remember that the day was hot; he made sure I knew where the water was in the establishment without hesitation, and did not get irritable with me due to the heat. In fact, he reminded me time and time again to take my time, and not worry how many times we went back and forth in the parking lot. I, not wanting to be rude, tried to keep my needs to a minimum, such as I did not want a bright-colored car, or white seats. With the words "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" he found my perfect match; a 2017 Black Tuscon with black interior seating. Overall, I would definitely go to Hyundai of New Port Richey to purchase future vehicles, especially if Micheal is there to great me with the delightful attitude he showed on the day I purchased my first car. He is not only highly professional, but highly personable, as we bonded over the short amount of time over Game of Thrones. While I expected nothing less of a well establishment, finding a dealer who shared something I enjoyed helped me feel relaxed and determined about my future investment. More
