Vehicle Purchase As I mentioned in an earlier narrative in this survey, this is the 5th vehicle we have purchased through this dealership in the past 10 years. In all As I mentioned in an earlier narrative in this survey, this is the 5th vehicle we have purchased through this dealership in the past 10 years. In all our prior purchases, we were assisted by Mr. Jimmy Hendren, a sales person with the dealership. Although other customers were waiting for Mr. Hendron to complete our transaction, Mr. Hendron treated us as if we were the only people in the dealership, devoting all of his time and energy to getting us into the vehicle of our choice and trying to get the best trade value available. Prior to our going to the dealership we had researched the Truevalue.com value of the Santa Fe we were planning to buy and the trade in value of my trade vehicle. Not only were we not disappointed but we were credited with a better trade allowance than any of the NADA or Blue Book indicated. We were introduced to the sales manager on duty, who actually took us to the finance department and introduced us to Aaron, the finance person who helped us secure financing. Aaron took his time and researched the best rates for our loan. We were in an out of his office in less than 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other potential buyers. At our home, we got lots of "Ohs and Ahas" from our neighbors when our vehicle was parked in our driveway. Thanks to all who helped our purchase great. Respectfully, Charles Snook More
