not satisfied I have to admit this is my 3rd purchase from you guys and properly will be my last . i brought my other half in to possibly buy a new car. the sales I have to admit this is my 3rd purchase from you guys and properly will be my last . i brought my other half in to possibly buy a new car. the salesman i like was not there so Felix helped us did a good job with my partner i was happy with him there. he Told me he could help me get a better rate on my car by loan modification of something I had told Felix if i was to trade my car i want something bigger. He only brought 1 car to me at a time i looked at 2 cars a entrant gt . told him i had that as my first . then he showed me the sante fe took me on a test drive and said the one i would be buying wasnt this one had less features that pissed me off because wasnt driving the one i might be driving?? whats up with that.. then i was told my partner would have to co sign because his credit was a bit better than mine. so my partner agreed. we had to come back the next day to sign papers for his and mine. i was haven 2nd thoughts because i was only shown the one sante fe they told me it was to late to change my mind.. then the car was given to me with the roof rack missing the first aid kit missing when i question Felix he said it didnt come with it..i showed him the window sticker showed i was supposed to have.. also my partner and i didnt get the 2nd key to our cars Felix kept saying give him 1 to 2 days i finally got mine. my partner doesnt have his yet but have a piece of paper finally saying you owe us. when signing my papers my finace guy i had to tell about the gap insurance special. which i feel i didnt get. my partner got all the xtras at one low cost and i had to pay alot more for mine and didnt get what he got.then when i got the paper for my car i was wondering why they where coming in my partners name.. i was supposed to be the buyer and my partner the co signer. so how or reason you guys made my partner the buyer and me the co signer.. we thats not going to work i called felix and was told dont worry im the buyer and so on and so i call bull i called the finance company,. Felix was supposed to call me back the next day he never did and i still havent heard from him. its been over a week.. also my partner signed papers saying that Hyundai was his finance company weeks later we get stuff from fcu credit union.. we didnt know that was his finance company.. so it seems that both contracts we signed were fictional. now partner has 2 loans under his name which is screwing him for future credit I had Explained that we where trying to buy a house but my partners credit was better and i was trying to fix mine. well you guys have really screwed that up.. Thank you i should have never bought this sante fe from you and should of brought my partner somewhere else but i had trust and faith in you guys because you helped me with my other 2 cars. but i will say this will properly be my last with you guys. I am also looking into a attorney since the contracts we signed is not what we received. this was very disappointing. if you keep Felix hes good at sales .. but i will never refer him and this will be posted to social media also .i hope this turns out better than what i experienced.. this is the first time i am very disappointed in you guys. ive been doing business with you guys since 2013.. good luck i hope this survey is taken serious.. if you Have Felix try to contact us .. i will not answer .. we are not dealing with him anymore.
