I must say it was a wonderful experience in that the showroom was immaculate and very welcoming (complete with gourmet coffee, soft drinks and water which my sales person asked what I preferred and brought it to me right away.) Ms. Leslie Gray was my sales person and was the consummate professional...not pushy at all, listened carefully to my needs and brought me directly to the auto I purchased! I then had a wonderful experience with the finance manager (a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman)...Two weeks later I arrived at the service center to have window tinting and auto armor applied and had yet another AMAZING experience...the folks catered to my every need and were so pleasant and thoughtful throughout the process. ALL areas of Hyundai New Port Richey created an amazing experience for me as one can tell the customer is truly valued at Hyundai New Port Richey, I will definitely be back! More
