Above & Beyond The entire dealership went above & beyond to make me very happy with my car lease experience. I was so pleased that when I had completed my transacti The entire dealership went above & beyond to make me very happy with my car lease experience. I was so pleased that when I had completed my transaction, I had my son meet me there and he leased a Tuscon on the same day. I was a little dismayed when the finance person gave him some extra warranty options at no extra cost but these were not offered to me. In order to make me completely satisfied, days afterwards the General Manager, Mr. Fink, very kindly added those same extra warranty options to my contract at no cost. Now that's the definition of going the extra mile to keep your customer extremely happy. I have currently purchased/leased 3 cars from this dealership and personally brought in 4 other people with me to purchase vehicles. These professionals are so eager to please that I have put my reputation on the line in bringing in my friends and family to get what I feel is the best deal & best service and they have never let me down. When she first told me I was approved I was like "Shut Up" lol (not literally) but I was so happy I was given the chance to build my credit and drive off in a 2016 Accent. I was not pressured at all they took their time and made sure it was something I could work into my budget. I can't thank you enough.
