Shane Ippolito has been our sales adviser for the last few years and we enjoy working with him tremendously. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the experience. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process working with people you like and trust. We have bought several new cars from Hyundai NPR and will continue to do so in the future. Kellie Brownsword I felt that the service department was no up to par for me considering they kept telling me that I didn't understand how the duel clutch worked and th I felt that the service department was no up to par for me considering they kept telling me that I didn't understand how the duel clutch worked and the computer kept saying nothing was wrong... Well guess what the problem I was have was in fact a recall on the car... I had a 2016 Tucson which I fell in love with and to my disappointment my car was not fixed when I took it in and was no longer felt safe in my car... So I left with a 2017 Santa Fe sport I am not as in love with my vehicle but it has no problems as of yet.. My Tucson started two weeks after buying., So I guess so far so good More
