I had went in and met with Jeena and she was able to put me in a new car at a better rate and when I recently reached out to her again to see about upgrading my vehicle, she went above and beyond my expectations and drop my interest rate drastically. She has been more than helpful, giving me contacts to reach out to in the event that she is unavailable at the dealership, and always responds in a timely manner.
