Great Sales Team, Great Finance Team, Drivers not so much If the dealership had the vehicle I was looking for, there would have been no issues at all. Having to involve a driver to pick up and deliver is a HU If the dealership had the vehicle I was looking for, there would have been no issues at all. Having to involve a driver to pick up and deliver is a HUGE mistake. Our driver went to the WRONG DEALER on the WRONG side of the state then had hours missing in the story that was relayed to us. If your sales rep gives you a delivery date and time and your vehicle is not in stock... GET IT IN WRITING. Our sales rep and the finance department really tried to make good on the horror show of a job the driver did, but in the end we had to re arrange holiday plans half a dozen times because of one driver who is either hopelessly incompetent or willfully so. Bring a book Went in ready to buy. Had done my research and knew what I wanted to pay for a new Santa Fe. Also new exactly what I wanted for my trade. My sales guy Went in ready to buy. Had done my research and knew what I wanted to pay for a new Santa Fe. Also new exactly what I wanted for my trade. My sales guy, Jarrod, was excellent. No bs, understood what I wanted and got the deal done in minutes. Sounds great, right? Well now here is where the book comes in. My wife and I sat there for 3 hours waiting to take delivery. 3 hours of my Saturday day off prime time! Not happy! No idea why it took so long. I already had my own financing in place, so it wasn't that. Maybe it's because they have about 50 sales guys working and 4 finance guys??? Maybe. More
