Disappointed When I bought my first car from your dealership, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The two gentlemen who helped me were amazing. That was last When I bought my first car from your dealership, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The two gentlemen who helped me were amazing. That was last year.. This time I have left with very little faith in the staff I worked with, the sales man was good but I felt knew very little or wrong information, and as for the sales manager I feel was a fast talking just get the car sold and offered very little help. I went on Black Friday purposely for the incentives that I really didn't get until I put a negitive post on Facebook and the only reason I was offered it was if I took the post down. I feel as if I was lied to and taken advantage of in certain aspects of the deal. Such as the down payment, and the things that were offered on my 2014 that now I'm told are no longer offered on the model I bought or could get. I even had to have my wheels taken off the 2014 and put on the 2016. I was told no I couldn't get new alloy wheels on the new car that only the plastic hubcaps, I told them it was a deal breaker and so they swapped the ones off the car I was trading in. There is a bit more to the story than I am able to write. I am just left with a bad taste in my mouth from this deal. My last 3 cars were all Hyundias and I love them but I will be hard pressed to make it a fourth. More
